Terms & Conditions
This is to guarantee the “HealthyWay Hong Kong Limited” products listed on this Warranty Card is free from imperfections in material and workmanship upon the terms and conditions set out below:
- 10 days exchange guarantee, HealthWay Hong Kong Limited provides you with replacement within 10 days of purchase on any item found with manufacturing defect. The goods to be replaced should include the original packaging and must not be damaged and scratched. Please return all accessories and user manual.
- Client will deliver the “HealthWay DFS Air Purifier” to the service centre.
- Please fill in this Warranty Card and return to us by mail, fax or WhatsApp within 10 days from the date of delivery to enjoy 1 year warranty service.
- The first year warranty period from the date of delivery all spare parts are included for free. (Not include filters and physical damage.)
- User can enjoy the 2nd & 3rd year maintenance service according to the terms of the user at least purchase 1 set of filter in the 2nd & 3rd year respectively.
- The 2nd & 3rd year maintenance service only include motor & blower for free. This warranty does not cover the following consumable, wearable and non-functional parts and accessories:
(a) Filters (DFS/HEPA/Multi-Stage Filter), external body, electronic panel, cover, remote control and etc.
(b) Defects and damage due to sunray, temperature, humidity or other natural calamities.
This Warranty will be null and void if:
(a) HealthWay DFS Air Purifier has been damaged due to any negligence, misuse, improper installation, accident or natural calamities.
(b) HealthWay DFS Air Purifier has been tampered with or subjected to repair or modification by any other person not authorized by HealthyWay Hong Kong Limited or have been used with non-genuine parts or accessories.
(c) The damage of HealthWay DFS Air Purifier is related to improper electricity connected to HealthWay DFS Air Purifier.
(d) The serial number of HealthWay DFS Air Purifier has been altered, effaced and/or removed.
(e) The machine is damaged by human error.
This Warranty only applies to HealthWay DFS Air Purifier purchased in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Macau Special Administrative Region. HealthyWay Hong Kong Limited only provides maintenance services within Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Macau Special Administrative Region. HealthyWay Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to stop implementing this warranty service should this condition is not fulfilled.
HealthyWay Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions within this Warranty Card without prior notice and reserve the final right of decision in case of dispute.
